ARC have their Moving on Up training day at the Rix Centre [at the University of East London]. ARC helps ethnic minority young people move on to being adults. This is called transition.

Young people with a learning disability from ARC learned about moving on to adulthood with the Rix Centre Wednesday 21 st June, 2006.

The day was all about their Moving On Up website. It is for young people with a learning disability from black and Asian families.

Ellen and Ajay from east London gave a presentation about their own experiences of transition.

People looked at the Moving on Up website and told the ARC team what they thought.
